At Geoffrey's Diamonds, we’re in it for a lifetime. Our all-inclusive warranty is the best in the business — designed to protect your pieces through all of life’s moments. This page provides an overview of what’s included, what’s not, and how to use your warranty — including scheduling your biannual cleaning and inspection to keep it active. Lost stone replacement (This applies when a diamond or gemstone falls out, is lost, the owner still has the setting, and the jewelry has not been mistreated)

What’s Covered

Jewelry made entirely of gold, platinum, or palladium with or without diamonds and precious or semi-precious gemstones, diamonds (up to .25ct) and gemstones.

Conditions

This lifetime warranty extends to the original purchaser or gift recipient and family members to whom the merchandise is passed on. To keep your lifetime warranty active, please visit our Campbell showroom or send your merchandise to our service center for a complimentary care & cleaning inspection every six months.

We understand that life happens. As your friend and jeweler, if you miss a six-month inspection, we are happy to reinstate your warranty after a quality inspection, and any necessary repairs (at your cost) have been completed by our master goldsmiths.

The warranty is void if:

  • The jewelry has had any maintenance, repair, sizing, or other service performed by someone other than a Geoffrey's Diamonds Goldsmith.
  • The jewelry is mistreated or mishandled (as determined by Geoffrey's Diamonds).
  • The jewelry is sold or donated by the owner.
  • The jewelry is lost or stolen.

This is not insurance. We recommend that you insure your jewelry against theft and total loss. (Ask us for recommendations.)

Maintaining Your Warranty

To maintain your lifetime warranty, bring your jewelry in for a cleaning and inspection every six months. We’ll inspect your piece, take care of any necessary service and maintenance, and keep you updated every step of the way.

What to Expect  


During your visit, a jewelry consultant will professionally clean your piece using industry tools like an ultrasonic cleaner, steamer, or polishing cloth — whatever’s best for your jewelry. Then we’ll inspect it to make sure everything is secure and in great shape. If any maintenance is needed, we’ll create a service order on the spot. To avoid peak hours, we recommend stopping by Tuesday through Friday — no appointment necessary.


If you can’t make it to the showroom or have moved from the area, you can ship your jewelry to us for a Care & Cleaning Check. Once we receive your piece, our expert jewelers will carefully clean, inspect, and service it using the same professional tools we use in-store. If any maintenance is needed, we’ll contact you before moving forward. When everything is complete, we’ll securely ship your jewelry back to you.

What’s Not Covered

Lost or stolen jewelry: While stolen pieces aren’t covered under our warranty, we can help you repurchase your jewelry at a discounted price with a valid police report. For added peace of mind, we recommend insuring your jewelry against theft and total loss and are happy to make insurance recommendations.

Jewelry that’s been mistreated or mishandled: This includes but is not limited to activities outside the norm, like working out, rock climbing, dropping jewelry down a drain, or running it over with a vehicle. Geoffrey's Diamonds reserves the right to determine whether an item has been mistreated or mishandled.

Jewelry altered or repaired by non–Geoffrey's Diamonds jewelers: Warranty is void if the piece has been worked on by someone outside of Geoffrey's Diamonds.

Geoffrey's Diamonds jewelry purchased by a third party: Warranty applies only to the original purchaser, gift recipient, or a family member the piece is passed down to.
