Custom Jewelry Design

Every custom piece at Geoffrey’s is crafted in gold (10k–22k — yellow, white, or rose) or in platinum — metals chosen for their durability, precision, and long-term wear.
We work exclusively in these materials because they deliver the most reliable casting results, the strongest structure, and a final piece that truly lasts.

- Base-metal samplesfor complex projects, so you can see and feel the design before final production
We want you to absolutely love your custom piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll work with you to refine it and ensure it meets your expectations.
Because each piece is made specifically for you, all custom orders are final. Adjustments are offered within the parameters of the approved design; major redesigns or changes in materials may result in additional costs.

Jewelry Appraisals
Outside Appraisal Appointments
Outside insurance appraisals are now offered once per month by appointment only.
- $300 per item
- A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment
- The deposit will be applied toward your appraisal fee
- Please text or email us to inquire about the next available appraisal date and reserve your appointment

If you have a piece you are considering selling and would like a verbal estimate, we are happy to provide that at no charge. Please stop by the showroom during normal business hours for this service.
