Geoffrey's Diamonds can create a custom setting for most client-owned diamonds and gemstones. The setting fee for outside stones is $3 per point (for example, a 1.00 carat stone would incur a $300 setting fee).

Before beginning any project, our gemologists and jewelers will carefully inspect all client-owned stones to evaluate their condition, identify any treatments, and ensure they are suitable for setting. While most stones can be set successfully, certain gemstones may have existing chips, fractures, significant inclusions, durability concerns, or undisclosed treatments that increase the risk of damage during the setting process.

If we identify any concerns, we'll discuss them with you and review the available options before moving forward. Our goal is always to protect your stone while creating a beautiful piece you'll enjoy for years to come.
