Online Return & Exchange Policy
This policy applies only to purchases made through geoffreysdiamondscampbell.com. Purchases made in our retail showrooms are subject to our in-store policies.
Every piece purchased through our website is hand finished, specifically for your order. Because this jewelry is made-to-order and offered at exclusive online pricing, all online purchases are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges & Store Credit
Eligible online purchases may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 60 days of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange or store credit:
- The item must be unworn, unaltered, and in like-new condition.
- All original packaging and proof of purchase must be included.
- Returns must be approved by Geoffrey's Diamonds before being shipped.
- Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label and shipping insurance. Geoffrey's Diamonds is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for exchange or store credit:
- Engraved or resized items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance merchandise
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Returns received more than 60 days after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at web@geoffreysdiamondscampbell.com
We'll make it right by repairing, replacing, or exchanging the item at no additional cost.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a verified manufacturing defect.
For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Geoffrey's Diamonds is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.
