Our Custom Design Process
1. Initial Consultation
Meet with our team to discuss your ideas, inspiration, gemstones, budget, and overall vision. Bring photos, sketches, heirloom jewelry, or simply an idea — we’ll help guide the process from there.
2. Hand Sketches & Design Development
We begin with in-person concept sketches to accurately capture the details of your design and translate your ideas into a wearable piece of fine jewelry.
3. CAD Rendering & Revisions
Once the concept is finalized, we create a detailed CAD (Computer-Aided Design) model of your piece. We offer unlimited CAD revisions so every detail feels exactly right before production begins.
4. Optional Sample Models
For more intricate or complex projects, we can create base-metal sample models that allow you to see and feel the design in person before final production.
5. Final Production
After approval, your piece is expertly crafted using high-quality materials and meticulous finishing techniques to ensure exceptional beauty and durability.

If something doesn’t feel quite right during the design process, we’ll work closely with you to refine the details and make adjustments within the approved design scope.
Because every custom piece is made specifically for the individual client, all custom orders are final sale. Significant design changes, material substitutions, or redesign requests after approval may result in additional costs.
